At Just a moment..., we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all fashion tags still attached.

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
